This is a dry, pure, unoaked Sauvignon Blanc from the Central Coast of California. Look for fresh, clean aromas of lemons, passion fruit and apricot skin with more of the same in the mouth. This is not 'green' nor herbal and tasted extra juicy with goat's milk cheese and sliced honey crisp apple. Ideal for serving with seafood, salads, lemony dishes, and goat cheeses with fresh fruits. Tortoise Creek owners Mel and Janie Master are long time Sauvignon Blanc aficionado's, and serve this wine at home frequently.
