Impeccably dry, elegant and classic, Pol Roger Champagne is from Epernay and is made of 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. Pol Roger is one of the few luxury Champagne firms which is still family-owned, and it was established in Epernay in 1849. Robert Parker calls Pol Roger his favorite N.V., and so do we! Serve as an aperitif, or with fresh seafood, especially oysters or pan-seared scallops, caviar, Sushi and sashimi, light cheeses, gourmet potato chips and more. We also enjoy good Champagne with all things fried, like Calamari (but hold the red sauce!). Fried shrimp, for example, are a perfect companion.

It's a demonstrative, expressive Brut Reserve that will pick up additional complexity with more age on cork.
