Jean Fillioux Tres Vieux

Aged for 25-30 years, this has the most sweetness in the bouquet of the Fillioux line of fine Cognacs, with orange, vanilla and spice flavors. A very rich, flavorful, utterly smooth Cognac. Stunningly good. We visited this traditional, family-owned and managed Cognac house with our dad years ago, and learned so much. The Jean Fillioux family has its roots at La Pouyade in the Cognac region of France for five generations. Jean Fillioux is one of the last family owned & managed houses in the region, dedicated to producing a high quality, consistently authentic range of Cognacs from century-old traditions. They produce all XO Cognacs, the best in class from the region and yet a value compared to the large houses. This is 'craft' cognac.
