The wildly delicious Sauvignon Blanc is beautiful, with honeyed lime, white peach, and floral notes in its medium-bodied, balanced, elegant profile. Vibrant, enticing, bright and silky on the palate, this wine balances generous fruit flavors on a lively structure and a lengthy finish. This is fermented to sugar and malic acid dryness with lees stirring and 8% new oak.

DeLille 2022 Métier Sauvignon Blanc (Columbia Valley). Lime sorbet meets pear on the wine’s fruity nose, with flavors of a high-magnesium content mineral water on the rocks, with a lemon twist. A tiny bit of something sweet and tropical hovers in the background, perhaps pineapple or kiwi. The wine’s silky smooth texture makes for some easy sipping. Best Buy.
