Métier by DeLille Cellars is located in the sun-soaked Columbia Valley of Washington State. This area provides ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, with dramatic swings in temperature from day to night. This natural phenomenon, known as diurnal shift, offers cool nights that conserve acidity, and intense sunny days that infuse bold, ripe fruit flavors. It is from this foundation of distinctive fruit that Métier wines are meticulously crafted, acknowledging the very best of the hands that diligently work the vineyards and the cellar. This 2021 Cabernet was a Top 100 Wine of the Year in 2023 and has flavors of bold dark fruits and charming notes of baking spice combine with a juicy midpalate and pleasantly firm, dry finish.

Offers good energy and refined flavors of blackberry, dusky spices and black olive that build structure toward medium-grained tannins. Drink now through 2031.

A terrific value that would probably run you three times the price if it was from Napa, the 2021 Métier Cabernet Sauvignon has textbook leafy herbs, tobacco, and darker currant fruits in a medium-bodied, elegant, balanced package. It has classic Cabernet herbal, floral, spicy notes and is well worth drinking any time over the coming decade or so.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Metier is unexpectedly fresh with zest red berries, peppery florals and wild herbs. it boasts tart red fruit and inner herbal tones with mineral underpinnings, all kept nicely in check by zesty acidity. This finished with a staining wild raspberry concentration and grippy tannins that frame the style well. The Metier Cabernet Sauvignon is produced mostly from Candy Mountain fruit.

A smooth as silk mouthfeel and velvety tannins make this one easy-sipping Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark plum and red apple aromas are flanked by spicy bursts of cloves and juniper berries. Flavors of ripe blackberries, black tea and dark chocolate lead to a long finish.
