PARS Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

This 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of fruits from some of the best Cabernet-growing regions in Napa Valley, including the hillside block of Napa Carneros vineyard, and another small family vineyard situated within 1500 feet elevation on the eastern slope of Atlas Peak. A touch of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot balance the rich dark fruit and soft tannins, adding a vibrancy to its lush mouthfeel and lingering dry finish with balanced acidity. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in 70% French oak (30% new) and 30% American oak. Bold and balanced, with aromas of dark fruit, cassis, pepper, and smokiness accented with spice notes. A hint of forest, light cedar oak and dusty baking cocoa combine these aromatics to create this rich medium-bodied beauty.
