Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Coppola's award-winning wines are crafted uniquely for every wine occasion, highlighted by the popular Diamond Collection, sparkling Sofia wines, and Francis Coppola Reserve wines.  The Diamond Collection Cabernet Sauvignon derives its complexity by blending fruit from contrasting soil compositions and climates. The beauty of Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon is that it offers plenty of dimension while still having supple, smooth tannins for immediate consumption. Made of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Petit Sirah, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% other grapes, portions of the blend are aged for 8 months in a combination of French & American oak barrels. Other portions of the blend are aged for 3 months in a combination of French & American oak. Look for flavors of baking spice, caramel and sweet red fruits, and pair with ribeye steaks, portobello mushrooms and hard, aged cheeses, especially cheddar.
