The Château de Meursault estate extends over the Côte de Beaune from Aloxe-Corton in the north to Puligny-Montrachet in the south via the famous village of Meursault. Producing red wines from the Pinot Noir grape, the domaine aims to express the terroir of each appellation, in Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Savigny lès Beaune and the Grand Cru vineyard of Corton. For white wines, the Château produces the prestigious premiers crus Les Charmes Dessus, Charmes and Perrières, all in Meursault, as well as their monopole vineyard, Clos des Grands Charrons. They also own superb plots of Puligny-Montrachet in 1er Cru Champ Gain and Champ Canet, Savigny Lès Beaune, Beaune and Corton-Vergennes.
The actual glass bottle of the Château de Meursault is produced according to a specific model designed in the eighteenth century. Only the wines of Château de Meursault and Château de Marsannay are bottled in this unique bottle, with its elegant thin neck, gourmand width and deep punt.

Look for an expressive perfume revealing red fruits, flowers and licorice. On the palate the fruits are ripe yet tinged with the wonderful characteristic gamey notes of Burgundy. Silky tannins are balanced by gentle fresh acidity forming a perfectly elegant and well structured wine.
