La Collina dei Lecci is a traditional Tuscan stone house built on a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and centuries old trees, only five kilometres away from San Gimignano. In addition to producing exceptional regional wines, La Collina dei Lecci is also a house divided in apartments elegantly furnished in traditional Tuscan style, with exposed beams and terracotta floors. Consisting of apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and a living dining-area, and rooms with private bathroom. Open all year long, La Collina dei Lecci is an enjoyably peaceful place, ideally located for daily excursions to old historical centres such as Volterra, Siena and Florence, or simply to enjoy the traditional Tuscan food and the historical heritage of the many small villages around the area. Completely surrounded by forests and fields La Collina dei Lecci is also an ideal base for wine tasting, hiking, trekking and bike excursions in the heart of Tuscany.

This classic Brunello is a juicy and succulent expression of Sangiovese with ripe and expressive notes of plumb, dried berries and flowers. The bouquet is round with blackberry preserves and dried cherry. This wine offers a soft, fleshy texture that would pair next to grilled or roasted meat dishes.

Aromas of scorched earth, leather and tobacco lead the way. The chewy palate offers star anise and black plum jam alongside polished, ripe tannins. Drink through 2025.
