These dark chocolate covered cherries from Valencia, Spain, are wickedly delicious! Fresh yellow and red cherries are first candied in a mix of sugar and local liqueur and then dipped in luxurious dark chocolate. Two groups of brothers, each longtime producers, collaborated on the creation of ChocoCherries™ as well as ChocoHigos (Dark Chocolate covered Figs). They are experts in chocolate and dried fruit, respectively, and their families have been culinary innovators for three generations.
