Chateau Maison Blanche Les Piliers de Maison Blanche Montagne Saint Emilion 2019

Maison Blanche is located in Montagne Saint-Emilion, right next to Saint-Emilion with similar soils of clay, limestone and sand. A blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Franc, this is the 2nd wine of Chateau Maison Blanche. All grapes are handpicked and mostly de-stemmed, and fermented naturally in glass-lined cement tanks without any additives. Look for dark fruits and earth with hints of spices. Certified biodynamic, too! Serve with red meats, French cheeses, like Comté gruyere, charcuterie and pâté.
