Green Mountain Gringo Medium Salsa

16 oz. Jar

Available for:

Green Mountain Gringo® sticks to their roots when it comes to crafting salsa. That’s why it has the same great taste as it did back in 1989 when founders Christine and David Hume created a simple, all-natural recipe at their Chester, Vermont farm.  They took the time to chop fresh produce by hand, cooking it to perfection as their farm kitchen filled with the fragrant steam of herbs and spices. From that moment on, they were busy ladling batch after batch of blended goodness into mason jars to meet the growing demand for their hand-crafted salsa.

Green Mountain Gringo® was such a hit, the family-owned TW Garner Food Company brought it on as part of their product line, making the same great recipe available to hungry fans across the country. Garner Foods is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and has been committed to producing quality products since 1929.

The Green Mountain Gringo® medium Salsa is Mom's absolute favorite salsa in a jar from anywhere! And she knows good food!! That's why we carry it!!! It has balanced flavor with a touch of heat Fresh herbs and peppers make this all-natural salsa a healthy choice with a just-right kick at around 50-200 Scoville heat units.  The ingredients include : Ripe Tomatoes, Onions, Tomatillos, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Jalapeño Peppers, Fresh Pasilla Peppers, Cilantro, Parsley, Fresh Garlic, Sea Salt and Cumin. So grab a jar of this and a bag of Tortillas (we always have those in stock, too!), and make a margarita:)
