Each fig is hand selected for quality, then gently cooked to preserve the essence of fig flavor in every bite. Bold and intense with rich and sweet flavor notes, this is an award-winning recipe and Gold Medal NASFT recipient. Not only do we use this Fig jam to put on top of cheeses, with Manchego, Boucheron, Langa La Tur and Goat Gouda in particular, we also use it to whip up marinades at home for pork and chicken dishes, and to serve on charcuterie and antipasto platters.
