Made from 100% estate bottled fruit from a vineyard next door to Chateau d’Esclans where Whispering Angel is made in the famous d’Esclans Valley of Provence. A tasty blend of 65% Cinsault, 12% Rolle, 9% Tibouren, 7% Grenache, 5% Mourvedre and 2% Syrah, this is very crisp, fresh and mouthwatering with hints of tangerine, pink grapefruit, flowers and minerals. Serve with shellfish, salmon, salads, gazpacho, cheeses and cured meats or simply on its own!

Tasted and loved by our staff, ‘Le Cloître’ Rosé from Château Sainte Roseline is an utterly delightful, elegant blend of 40% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Rolle, 5% Carignan and 5% Tibouren crafted in a classic Provence style. Wild raspberry, sea breeze, purple flower and gentle spice flavors dance on the palate. A perfect aperitif, or to serve with fresh fish dishes, cheeses, chicken, salads, pâté, cured meats, this is an outstanding new discovery from an ancient estate.

Domaine de Baronarques is an ancient estate, dating back to at least to the 17th Century. In 1998 Mr. Chéreau sold it to Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and her two sons. Rated 91 Wine Advocate, 'smelling like a classy Right Bank Bordeaux, the 2015 Grand Vin is a blend of 57% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 13% Syrah, 11% Malbec and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cigar box and cassis notes lead the way, followed by hints of pencil shavings, charred barrel and dark chocolate.
