Jardín White is made of 90% Cayuga White and 10% Aromella. Cayuga White is a signature grape of the Mid-Atlantic region. Cultivated by seasoned growers, it can produce a serious white with lovely citrus and stone fruit flavors. Aromelia is a newer variety developed on the East Coast which imparts an elegant floral freshness. A small amount of French oak is used for polish on the finish. This is a truly exciting project happening in our own backyard! The Atlantic Wine Project was created by our friend Patrick Harney in collaboration with Bellview winery founded in 2000 by the Quarella family.  

Inspired by summer, Clambake Chardonnay has a crisp, clean style, perfect for serving at clambakes or with raw oysters and lobster rolls.  Picked early to produce a drier, fresher expression of California Chardonnay and fermented in stainless steel fermentation, Clambake also has richness and big, ripe fruit flavors. The brand is owned and managed by a local Jersey shore native who sources the fruit from a certified sustainable, dry-farmed vineyard out in Mendocino in Potter Valley with cole and feliz loam soils. Bottled unoaked, this is balanced, delicious and lovely.

It feels juicy on the palate at first, with flavors of black cherry and raspberry that are quickly joined by notes of clove, bittersweet chocolate and black olives. Durable tannins linger in a fruit-filled finish.' In 1970, Enrique Forner founded Marqués de Cáceres, a historic alliance between a two regions: La Rioja Alta and Bordeaux. Today it is the fifth generation of the Forner wine family, with Cristina Forner at the helm, continuing the tradition of producing top wines in La Rioja with its Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva wines. Marqués de Cáceres was one of the first Spanish wine brands to be imported into the USA, while back at home in Spain, the winery paved the way to the improvement of Rioja.
