Established in 1971, Adelsheim is a family-owned and operated winery and estate vineyard located in Oregon's northern Willamette Valley. Company co-founder, David Adelsheim leads a current generation of passionate staff devoted to producing and selling wines of ever-higher quality with each growing season. They use sustainable farming practices and take great care to bring out the best in each of our unique vineyard sites. In the winery, they combine traditional and modern techniques, crafting wines in a style that centers on elegance, complexity, and richness in flavor and texture. Look for cherries, raspberries and brown spices on the nose, followed by elegant, satiny red and black fruit flavors in the mouth with hints of vanilla, black pepper and nutmeg on the finish. Serve with grilled salmon, duck or chicken dishes.

Wine AdvocateThe 2015 Pinot Noir has a pale to medium ruby-purple color and nose of roses and chocolate-covered cherries with wild thyme and menthol hints. Soft, refreshing and fruity in the medium-bodied mouth, it gives good intensity and length.
