Clos de la Grange Touraine Sauvignon 2015

Unavailable

We're sorry, but this product is not currently available.

Tasted and loved by our staff, this Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine region in the Loire Valley of France, truly competes with Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Crisp yet deep with stone fruits, lemon citrus and flinty chalk accents, this Sauvignon is made from grapes sourced from several parcels (some organic) from within the Touraine, including a vineyard called Clos de la Grange, from which the wine gets its name. Farmed biodynamically in various soils, including clay mixed with flint and clay with a chalky subsoil, and made from hand harvested fruit, this wine is vinified with all natural indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel. Perfect to serve as an aperitif, with seafood, salads or goat's milk cheeses.
