Tour Pibran is the second wine of Chateau Pibran is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot.

A beautifully intense ruby red color and a bouquet of spices and precious wood leading into red berry scents. On the palate, this wine is tasty and elegant, delicate and subtle. The tannins are refined. Good length thanks to a pronounced structure.

The wine is aged in barrels for 12 months, 50% in first-use barrels and 50% in second-use barrels.

Château Pibran is located on one of the most beautiful hills of Pauillac, surrounded by such illustrious neighbors as Château Mouton Rothschild and Château Pontet Canet. The experience of the winemaking team at Château Pichon Baron, through the AXA company ownership, is applied to this estate, to produce excellent quality Pauillac at a fraction of the cost of its neighbors. Tour Pibran is the second label of the estate, and is made of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot. Aged in barrels for 12 months, 50% one year barrels and 50% second year barrels so as not to impart an overly oaky style. Look for a deep, dark color with aromas of black fruits, wood and licorice. Fleshy and juicy on the palate with good volume and ripe tannins, this will please a full range of palates. Balanced and pure, serve this Bordeaux beauty with red meats, cornish hen, duck and roasted pork dishes.
