This fresh, lively dry white is made of the Cortese grape, which is the grape used to make Gavi di Gavi in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. Look for lemon/lime citrus fruit and hints of pignolia nuts on the finish. This is a great alternative to Pinot Grigio. Serve with cold seafood antipasto or with garlicky shrimps.
