Founded in 1971, St. Francis Winery & Vineyards has always searched for vineyards with unique soil and climate characteristics. Cultivating an in-depth understanding of each Sonoma appellation, has made St. Francis a leader in Sonoma and Russian River Valley wines. Today, St. Francis cares for more than 400 acres of Certified Sustainable Vineyards, taking great pride in showcasing one of the world’s premier grape-growing regions.
This Cab has ripe, chewy blackberry and black currant flavors on a lush, velvety palate followed by impressions of cedar, tobacco, spice and vanilla with supple, round tannins on the finish. Serve with juicy ribeye steaks, grilled chicken and burgers or with hard flavorful cheeses such as classic cheddars and/or Tres Leches from Spain.

A ripe, smooth style, with delicious black cherry, plum, cassis and mocha flavors. There is a lovely comfort in drinking Saint Francis, like spending time with an old friend... great on its own or with roasted white and red meats.
