Ca' di Prata Extra Dry Prosecco

Fresh dry, rightly acidic but very well balanced by a mineral note that gives flavor and persistence to the palate. The typical taste of golden apple and a citrus hint, make this sparkling wine very elegant, delicate on the nose thanks to its richness in minerals typical of the well ripe grapes of high hills where, thanks to their exposure, the bunches acquire a beautiful straw-yellow color that is transmitted in its entirety to the wine as well as enriching it with a complex mineral flavor and acid structure. The rich, fine and persistent perlage gives the product a pleasant sensation of fullness that fills the palate thanks to its creamy foam. Prosecco is recommended with fish or shellfish dishes, and with appetizers.
