TreCase Prosecco Extra Dry
'TreCase' meaning 'Three Houses' - check out the label - comes from the province of Treviso in the heart of the Prosecco D.O.C. zone. The fruit comes from two family-owned wineries for a special project developed for restaurants to serve by-the-glass and for authentic wine merchants to offer with pride.
This extra dry (fruity-style) Prosecco is pure and balanced with a velvety mousse and a crisp, thirst-quenching finish. Look for Meyer lemon, pear, tangerine, almond and marzipan flavors. Perfect as an aperitif on its own, or for bellini's, spritz's and other cocktails, along with a bowl of Italian taralli crackers.
Made of 100% Glera harvested between September 10th and 20th, secondary fermentation via the Charmat method. Extra Dry level of sugar at 14g/L, with balancing acidity at 5.7 g/L.
