Domaine Agnès et Didier Dauvissat, often associated with their limestone-driven Chablis cuvées like this Les Petits Vignerons or their Les Deux Terres, is a classic, sustainable/organic estate in Burgundy, France. Crafted by winemaker Florent Dauvissat, the wines feature mouthwatering citrus, green apple, and flinty mineral notes with bright acidity.  

We tasted this rich, multi-layered Les Petits Vignerons Chablis and were struck by its ripe pear, tangerine, white stone and yellow flower complexities. A fabulous 'gateway wine' for folks who drink California Chardonnays, or for someone who loves French white burgundies with more lushness and weight.
