Domaine Agnes et Didier Dauvissat Chablis Les Breches de Fye 2023

Chablis specialists, Agnes & Didier Dauvissat are distant cousins of famed Chablisienne Vincent Dauvissat and have been forging an impeccable repution of their own since 1987. Now, their son, Florent, crafts classic Chablis, with lutte raisonée and organic farming, fermenting and aging their zesty, flinty, lees-aged wines without any oak. This one is from a parcel located just above the Grand Cru Les Blanchots, and has ripe lemon, yellow apple, white flowers, and distinct wet-stone minerality with a classic saline, oyster-shell finish.
