Noah River Wines is a California-based label known for approachable, well-crafted varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, offering quality at accessible prices. Rooted in the region’s winemaking tradition, the brand emphasizes everyday enjoyment with bottles that balance fruit-forward character and smooth drinkability. With growing recognition from wine enthusiasts and retailers, Noah River has carved out a niche as a reliable choice for those seeking expressive California wines without pretense.
The grapes for the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon are from select vineyards based mainly in the Northern end of the Napa Valley where warm temps enhance body and create a softer mouthfeel. The wine spends 18 months in barrel (30% new) before being bottled.
Dark ruby in color. Complex nose brimming with brambly blackberry, rhubarb pie, plum, orange peel and marjoram. Secondary notes of savory, ripe red berry & cigar box. Ripe, medium-bodied flavors of cassis, raspberry and plum. Finishes long with bright notes of red fruits, framed up nicely with lingering plum and a hint of tobacco.
