Based in Savigny-les-Beaune, this 47-hectare property is controlled and operated by Antonin’s son Dominique and his granddaughter Hombeline. Passionate, Dominique and Hombeline are always looking for better quality and terroir expression. Dominique created a model winery, producing wines of impeccable quality from 25+ different appellations, including some of the most renowned villages of the Côte d’Or. And the domaine has been certified organic since 2018.
This Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits from Domaine Dominique Guyon is located in Meuilley, near Nuits-Saint-Georges. The vineyard covers 20 hectares (49.40acres) on South-facing slopes and is well-known for the quality of its wines. Hand-harvested, the grapes are then carried in small boxes and sorted out upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation during 10/12 days in wooden open vats, with punching down of the cap and temperature control. Ageing in oak barrels and estate bottling after 12 months.
