With respect, care and hard farm work, always in organic balance, the estate’s philosophy is simple. Given an extreme climate, in order to obtain the best and most consistent ripening, their attention must focus on vineyard management. The finest workmanship in all aspects of viticulture is the first thing that sets this estate apart. And what enables them, bringing home exceptionally fine grapes, not to be invasive in the cellar work. A work best described as aimed above all at expressing the character of local varieties in their specific terroir. 

Terre Nere Etna Bianco is a perfect, delicious wine. With the spontaneous grace of a dancer, it never loses its brightness and its step. Subtly drinkable, as it ages, the nobility of its terroir emerges with determination. And the grace becomes thoughtful and profound, but always graceful, never redundant. Serve with fish, chicken and rabbit; with ham & melon, salami and figs, with risotto, or with a light aperitivo of sheep cheeses and green olives. It has great versatility and ease of drinking.
