They make this with carbonic maceration to create a luscious, fruit-driven, fun red to serve with all kinds of foods, or just on its own. Cherry red with a violet rim. A wide range of fruity and floral aromas on the nose, with dairy notes. On the palate it is fruity, very fresh and balanced. Pair with meats, cheeses, salads and pasta.
