The nose is a balancing act of juicy raspberries and fresh thyme. Pu-Erh tea balances out black raspberries and strawberry jam on the palate. The finish is long and carried by rich tannins.

This cherry juice-hued red dishes up pleasant varietal notes of white pepper, dried herbs and softly succulent red berries. It's midweight with a silky mouthfeel, crisp acidity and a soft, savory spiced spine of tannins. A lovely, cool-climate expression.

The 2022 Cabernet Franc is very peppery and laden with pretty florals. Translucent ruby-hued in the glass, it opens with rose stem, cracked black pepper and lavender, with a kick of blood orange acidity lending a bracing structure. This is a very civilized Franc.
