The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs CV1930 Blanc de Blancs is a pure Chardonnay, with over half of the grapes picked in Vertus, 21% in Cramant and 27% in Bergeres-les-Vertus. Based on the 2019 vintage with 56% reserve wines, it was fermented in stainless steel and matured on lees for 39 months. The nose is gently savory, suggesting salty corn husk, while the palate offers a silky mousse that pulses through the slender, sinuous body. This elegant wine leaves no doubt about its ate des Blancs origins—a quintessential Blanc de Blancs of real elegance. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. Disgorged: September 2023.
