Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc 2023

The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc Is a bright, lively, green-edged style. While light in body, it manages to be juicy with balanced yet refreshing acidity. Expect flavors in the greener spectrum of the variety, such as gooseberry, elderflower, lime leaf and lemongrass, with tropical fruit playing a supporting role. This does exactly what most want from a Sauvignon Blanc at this price point. My only negative here is a grainy, phenolic texture on the finish.
