Hailing from a single, south-facing parcel nestled right within the famed village of Chassagne-Montrachet, the Domaine Balland-Curtet Bourgogne Blanc Côte d'Or "Les Buées" offers an incredible introduction to the precision of high-end white Burgundy. Sourced from vines that are over 10 years old, this 100% Chardonnay beautifully captures the sun-drenched warmth of its southern exposure while maintaining a crisp, elegant focus.
Adhering to sustainable farming practices, the winemaking team utilizes indigenous yeasts to drive a natural, authentic fermentation. The wine is then gracefully fermented and aged in large barrels, allowing the wood to gently frame the fruit without overpowering its distinct terroir. The result is a vibrant, beautifully structured white wine that delivers exceptional quality and the classic mineral-driven character of its pedigree at a brilliant value.

Made with declassified Chassagne Montrachet. Fresh yet ripe with deep citrus, pear and apricot skin aromas and flavors, this is a fantastic Bourgogne Blanc. And to put it bluntly, this tastes expensive. We love white Burgundy, and we love the high end juice. This little number gives the 'fancy' appellation wines a run for their money.
