Umani Ronchi Casal di Serra Verdicchio 2021

Umani Ronchi is a quality-driven wine estate which has been owned by the Bianchi-Bernetti family since 1959. Specializing in Montepulciano for red and Verdicchio for white, they have found the finest expression of these varieties in the Marche and Abruzzo regions. Casal di Serra was first produced by the family in the 1980s by selecting the best grapes grown in the Montecarotto vineyard, and later enriched with grapes from three more plots situated in the most suitable areas for cultivating Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi.  They perform fermentation with its own natural yeasts and the wine is known for its richness and unique personality, fine balance and elegance. 

Made of 100% Verdicchio. Look for intense and persistent perfumes of wild flowers and aromas of yellow pulp fruit such as peach, apricot and golden apple. To the palate it’s rich and velvety with a good dose of freshness to balance the soft fruit. It has a dry finish, persistent and intensely fruity. Ideal with fish dishes, oven-cooked or grilled, roast white meat and fresh cheeses.
