Cava Brut

Made of the local Cava grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, grown in the Sant Sadurní d’Anoia municipality in the comarca of the Alt Penedès in Catalonia, Spain. This is the center of production of the famed Spanish sparkling wine known as Cava. It is situated in the north-east of the Penedès at the confluence of the Avernó river and the Anoia river. Ideal with snacks and a variety of dishes: fish, seafood, light meats, pastas, rice and salad.
