Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Named for her grandparents Frank and Annie Emmolo, this is Jenny Wagner’s new project in Napa. Learning from dad Chuck and her grandfather of Caymus winery fame, led Jenny to produce her own wines. Her Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and clean with scents of early morning rain, honey-suckle, flowers, tangerine and lemons. On the palate, bright lemon blossom on entry, with additional echoes of peach. Smooth texture, lasting freshness and a mouthwatering finish leave you wanting another sip. Pairs well with salads, grilled fish and on its own.
