Vermont Creamery Coupole Aged Goat Cheese

Coupole is an aged goats' milk cheese with a wrinkly edible rind and bright, fresh cheese taste. Coupole’s allure is attributable to the intriguing contrast between the strong ripened flavor of the rind and the delicate fresh taste of its interior. It reminds us of the classic French goat, Le Chevrot. Back in the early 1980's, on a little farm in Vermont, two young entrepreneurs came together to bring goat cheese to Americans.  Co-founders Bob and Allison turned a chance meeting and a big idea into Vermont Creamery. Since 1984, they have consciously crafted delicious dairy, made from high-quality ingredients while supporting local farms, local people and the local community up in Vermont.
