The Chicken Truffle Mousse Pâtê is great to pair with dry Rosé or a light to medium-bodied fruit-driven red wine like Oregon Pinot Noir or a wonderful drier French Red Burgundy (that's our favorite pairing). This is an 8 oz block of the Chicken Mousse, fresh cut to order.
