The Campagne (Country) Pâtê is a classically prepared coarse pâté made of ground pork, onions, garlic and spices. All natural, no artificial ingredients and minimally processed , this is the style of Pâtê most often enjoyed in France, on a baguette or flatbread with dijon mustard and cornichons. Pair with a full-bodied red wine, robust and fruity with minimal influence of oak or a light to medium-bodied red wine with a hint of earthy aromas balanced by a fruit-forward bouquet, especially French Bordeaux and Rhône reds. This is a block of the Country Pâtê, fresh cut to order.
