The Duck Foie Gras Pâtê Mousse is made of Duck foie gras, duck liver and duck meat elegantly combined, then sweetened with fresh grapes, raisins and Sauternes wine. Pair with a dry, sparkling wine with a subtle creamy, yeast and nut-like flavor (we love it with authentic Champagne!) or pair with a creamy white like California Chardonnay, or with a light to medium-bodied fruit-driven red wine like Oregon Pinot Noir or French Rhône reds. This is an 8 oz block of the Duck Mousse, fresh cut to order.
