Bacchus Chardonnay 2019
Created by David Gordon, wine director of Tribeca Grill, Bacchus is a brand of delicious, well-made value wines from California. We really like the Chardonnay made from 90% Central Coast and 10% Sonoma fruit, aged for 6 months in neutral oak. Medium-bodied, juicy and crisp, with apple, pear and citrus notes, this has a lively, balanced finish. Pair with chicken, salmon, fettucine alfredo, white pizzas and cheeses drizzled with honey.
