Bacchus Ginger's Cuvee Pinot Noir 2018
This is the perfect backyard BBQ red for something fun, medium-bodied, smooth and downright delicious! Created by David Gordon, wine director of Tribeca Grill in New York City, Bacchus is his brand of delicious, well-made value wines from California. We really liked the Pinot Noir here made from Monterey fruit, fermented 50% in oak and 50% in stainless, then aged for 8 months in neutral oak. Look for notes of raspberry, cherry spice and a touch of vanilla in this supple winner at a great price. Pair with grilled chicken, pork, salmon and burgers, or with cheeses and cured meats.
