Made with an ancient recipe, the Romans were preparing confits by boiling fruits and adding honey to preserve the confit thousands of years ago. And so, with the same procedure, adding sugar instead if honey, the Scyavuru family creates marmalades and jams by using the best fruits grown on local territories in Sicily, using at least 65 % fruits.
