Logan Farrell Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
The Cabernet fruit for Logan Farrell comes from a mix of hillside, mountain vineyards primarily from the Oakville AVA of Napa Valley, along with selected sites on the valley floor. The grapes were crushed and allowed to cold soak for a few days before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and transferred to French oak barrels. Made by Mike O’Connell, who seems to have the Midas touch Mike has teamed up with veteran winemaker Larry Levin who has over 30 years of experience making wines in Napa for Quintessa and Turnbull. Logan Farrell is a wine that offers tremendous value and quality for the money. The wine is dense and polished with an energetic balance and is a quintessential Napa Valley Cabernet.
