Château Minuty Côtes de Provence Rosé 2024

Château Minuty has been a fixture in the Provençal wine landscape for nearly a century. From its acquisition to its revival by Gabriel Farnet in the 1930's, through years of vineyard restructuring and modernization, the estate bears witness to a history built on family commitment and mastery of agricultural and oenological practices. Made of Grenache and Cinsault, this is light and bright in color with orange peel, pink grapefruit and red current aromas. Smooth with a nice freshness on the finish. Pair with vegetable crudite, grilled meats, shrimp skewers and French cheeses.
