A soft, pale, brilliant pink with bluish tints developing over time towards more orange nuances. Aroma: The bouquet releases aromas of summer fruits, cassis and redcurrant. Floral notes of rose along with hints of grapefruit complete the picture. Flavor: The finish is fresh, offering notes of candy. On the palate the impression is fresh and full, with great aromatic persistence and balance. Pairings: As an aperitif or with shellfish and subtly spiced dishes.

This rosé boasts a pretty, delicate bouquet of honeysuckle and orange blossom, with touches of underripe peach and crunchy red berries. The palate is light and easygoing in feel, with a just-ripe impression and tangy flavors of citrus peel and melon rind that carry through to the slightly chalky finish.

Bertrand's 2018 Languedoc Rose Cote des Roses is a simple, refreshing blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Underripe peach and melon notes are underscored by a bit of silkiness on the medium-bodied palate, followed by a gentle, harmonious finish.
