Wine SpectatorExpressive violet, raspberry and crushed stone accents open with a plush and rich mouthfeel, then slowly build to firm tannins on the finish. Best from 2021 through 2025. 958 cases made.
VinousBrilliant magenta. Expansive red/blue fruit scents are complemented by suggestions of succulent flowers, cola and a hint of smoky minerality that builds with air. Juicy, appealingly sweet and lively on the palate, offering boysenberry, black raspberry and vanilla flavors that are supported by a spine of juicy acidity. The floral note comes back strong with air and carries through an impressively long finish that features well-integrated tannins and lingering spiciness.
