Siduri considers this 2016 to be the most complete and complex Willamette Valley Pinot Noir they have ever produced. This is a wine that shows the full character of the cool climate Willamette Valley. Darker berry and currant flavors, along with hints of cherry joined by earth, dried brush, and tobacco flavors fill the palate in a ripe luscious style. The folks at Siduri believe wine should be a pleasure…that serious wine and serious fun shouldn’t be mutually exclusive. Named for the Babylonian Goddess of Wine, Siduri specializes in cool climate Pinot Noir from both Oregon and California.

James SucklingThis young pinot noir shows aromas of raspberries and violets. Medium to full body, firm tannins and a fresh finish. Some crushed stone and concrete undertones. Drink now. Screw cap.

VinousDeep red. Black raspberry, cherry pit, succulent herbs and rose oil on the pungent nose. Bitter cherry and floral pastille flavors unfold slowly while picking up peppery spice and licorice accents. Shows good depth and structure and finishes subtly sweet and long, featuring youthfully chewy tannins and a touch of cracked pepper.
