Hardin Cabernet has been a huge success here at the Bottle Shop over the last few vintages. Our clients who love rich-tasting Napa Cabs with velvety tannins have been buying it by the case for the last five vintages like crazy. Sourced from several regions within Napa including some valley floor and hillside fruit, this wine is aged 20-24 months in oak, typically about 20% of it new. The first Hardin was the 2003, made by the wine-savvy folks at Polaner Selections, and sourced from a Napa 'cult' winery. This continues that blueprint, sourced from a couple of top wineries in the Valley (SHHH...their wines sell for $75-150/bottle!).

This is a simple, drink-me-now red with overripe and raisinated black cherry, blueberry and plum notes that result in an almost off-dry level of sweetness.
