Pol Roger Non-Vintage Brut is an impeccably dry, elegant, classic Champagne of Epernay made of 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. Pol Roger is one of the few luxury Champagne firms which is still family-owned, and it was established in Epernay in 1849. Robert Parker who calls Pol Roger his favorite N.V. Serve as an aperitif, or with fresh seafood, especially oysters or pan-seared scallops, caviar spread or Sushi and sashimi. We also enjoy good Champagne with all things fried, like Calamari (but hold the red sauce!). Fried shrimp are a perfect companion.

Wine AdvocateOffering up aromas of pear, peach and freshly baked bread, the new release of Pol Roger's NV Brut Reserve is medium to full-bodied, fleshy and charming, with a generous core of fruit, lively acids and a saline finish, complemented by an elegant pinpoint mousse. It's a demonstrative, expressive Brut Reserve that will pick up additional complexity with more age on cork.

Vinous(one-third each pinot meunier, pinot noir and chardonnay) Subdued, deep aromas of spice, nuts and biscuits. Juicy, brisk and concentrated, with flavors of yellow plum, apple, lemon and minerals. At once dense and lively, with bright acids giving the wine a shapely quality. Finishes vibrant and distinctly stony.
