This single malt whisky from France's Cognac region is all the rage for its handcrafted quality, delicious taste, finesse and charm. Produced seed-to-spirit in Cognac and distilled in a copper alembic still, the spirit is aged for six years in new French limousin oak barrels, and then two years in ex-Cognac casks. Brenne is made only in single cask releases with less than 2500 cases produced each year. With ripe fruits, flowers, honeycomb, rosewater and vanilla notes in the nose, Brenne then has a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.
